Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: 19/09/2026
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on ChiNow are digital goods, including downloadable travel guides and related digital content. No physical products are shipped. Accordingly, no physical shipping, shipping fees or physical delivery times apply to ChiNow digital products.
2. Payment and Digital Delivery
Digital delivery is subject to successful payment confirmation. Where required by applicable consumer law, access to the purchased digital content is also subject to the customer's express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the applicable consequences for the statutory right of withdrawal. Payment alone does not necessarily mean that digital delivery has begun. Digital delivery begins when access to the digital content is actually made available to the customer.
3. Delivery Process
After successful payment and completion of any required consent steps, the purchased digital product may be delivered through: • A download link made available on the order confirmation or digital delivery page • An email sent to the email address provided during checkout containing or providing access to the download Delivery is considered to have begun when the customer is provided with access to the purchased digital content. The availability of the product may also be subject to the download limits or access period communicated through the delivery system or purchase process.
4. Consent to Immediate Digital Delivery
For customers to whom statutory withdrawal rights apply, ChiNow may request express consent to begin digital delivery before the normal withdrawal period has expired. The customer may also be required to acknowledge that, once digital delivery begins, they may lose their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. The digital content will not be made available until any consent required by ChiNow's delivery process has been provided. If a customer completes payment but decides not to provide the required consent to immediate digital delivery, the digital product will not be supplied. The customer should contact info@chinow.shop so that the order can be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded.
5. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive or cannot access your digital product after completing the required purchase and consent steps: • Check your spam or junk email folder • Verify that the email address provided during checkout is correct • Check the order confirmation or digital delivery page for the download link • Try opening the download link using a compatible browser or device ChiNow cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused solely by an incorrect email address entered by the customer. However, if the purchased product cannot be accessed because of a technical problem with our delivery process, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access to the purchased content. If the problem cannot be resolved, the remedies described in our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights will apply.
6. File Format & Compatibility
ChiNow travel guides are supplied in standard digital formats such as PDF. The customer is responsible for using a device and software capable of opening the stated file format. If the digital file itself is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract, this does not remove any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable consumer law.
7. Download Access
Digital download links are intended for the personal use of the purchaser. Access may be subject to reasonable download limits, expiration periods or security measures intended to prevent unauthorized redistribution. Customers who experience a legitimate access problem should contact ChiNow before repeatedly attempting downloads or initiating a payment dispute.
8. International Customers
Since all products are delivered electronically, delivery times do not normally vary by destination country. Digital products may be purchased from supported countries and markets, subject to applicable payment, tax, consumer protection and other legal requirements. Applicable taxes or VAT may be included, displayed or calculated according to the customer's location and applicable law.
9. Refunds and Statutory Rights
The circumstances in which refunds may be available are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this Digital Delivery Policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to digital content that is not supplied, is defective or does not conform to the contract.
